The Muscle Flex Return Policy

The Muscle Flex Inc. return policy provides a lifetime guarantee for all Muscle Flex products, unless otherwise specifically stated. Some products may come with a shorter guarantee time but in those cases the time frame of the guarantee will be clearly stated as to the duration of the guarantee and specifically stated on the website prior to purchase as well in any literature or information conveyance of the Muscle Flex product.

The product being returned must be in new or like-new condition. The Muscle Flex guarantee in all cases applies to the purchase price of the product and excludes money paid in shipping and handling.

If during the Muscle Flex product’s guarantee time you wish to return it for a refund, you must include all of the original materials, product parts and pieces, instructional material and anything else that was included in the delivery of your Muscle Flex product to be eligible for a full refund. Returns where items or pieces are missing and not included in the return package or products that are damaged in disrepair or not in its original condition are disqualified from a full refund. A partial refund may be provided or in the cases where the Muscle Flex product is considered destroyed and / or unusable, whether through regular use, accident or neglect, the product will be disqualified for a refund entirely.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to a Muscle Flex error, is not the responsibility of Muscle Flex Inc. A partial amount of the original purchase price may be refunded based on the return condition and or any missing parts. We do expect some use on the on a product through regular use, however, conditions that are not a function of normal use as well as any missing parts, instructional manuals and pieces may result in a lowered refund or none at all. In all cases, the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling with respect to the return.

Muscle Flex Inc. shall not refuse any return by the customer if the product is in “like-new” condition, in its original packaging and all parts pieces and product literature is included.

IMPORTANT-ADDITIONAL RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instruction manuals that were shipped with your original order.
2. Returns received without original packaging, are damaged, missing parts or in disrepair are disqualified from a refund.
3. Muscle Flex assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged by carrier transporting and delivering returned merchandise.
4. The Muscle Flex guarantee in all cases applies to the purchase price of the product and excludes money paid in shipping and handling.
